Deconditioning.

I'm deconditioning myself. I will no longer let American standards of living, of human value, forced on me by a Western capitalist society to determine my self-worth - my measurements for success and happiness. I don't need a fancy house, fancy car, clothes, phone or anything consumer related to measure myself as a human being. I determine what makes me happy. I determine what I need to do. Take care of my family. Love God.

That's all I need to be a good human being.
