We need to accept the ever evolving cultural landscape of Canada. The indigenous claimed rights to these lands for over 10,000 years, the British and French for 400 years, now its South Asia's turn. The Earth belongs to no one, property rights are a social construct, homo sapiens have been migrating and settling between continents for thousands of years.
